" I had no clue what to expect from the Virtual Training session, but I must say, "I Loved It". It was as though y trainer (Benjamin) was here with me in person. I don't know how this would work with a large group, but it worked great for my one-on-one session. 5 stars for sure!!!! He's always on time and the 40 mins you spend with him are high quality because he's patient, but will still challenge your mind and body in a healthy way. I found out that Benji has a lot of experience training seniors, so I figured he would be a perfect physical trainer for me. Benji has exceeded all my expectations.
