"Ben is the MAN! When I first met him, I was completely a mess. I had stopped tucking the kids into bed because it meant climbing up to the second floor. I had no energy, my cholesterol was through the roof, my thyroid and testosterone were both low, I had pains in my joints, both knees, and my lower back.  I was the heaviest I had ever been in my whole life.
